For families who need to plan their holidays around the closure time over Christmas, Vacation Care will close at 6.15pm on Friday 23rd December, & re-open on Monday, 9th January, 2012.

At the end of the 2011 school year, all current bookings became void, therefore, if your children are requiring places again for 2012, a new booking form must be completed and returned before the end of Term 4. Any vacancies may be allocated to new families. Bookings will not be accepted unless we receive completed enrolment forms for 2012

2012 Booking and enrolment forms are available online, together with the CCB Information form.

Please remember that bookings for Pupil Free Days and Vacation Care are separate to regular bookings. We had a number of extra children attending the Pupil Free Day, who were not booked in, causing a staffing problem for us, with difficulties in finding more staff at such short notice. Please remember to book prior to these PF days so that we can arrange sufficient staff and resources for the day.

Please arrange play days, sleepovers etc before booking as staff need holidays also and it could be difficult to organise staff for extra days after the roster is completed.

Before and After School Care bookings (permanent) should be made by lodging a completed booking form with the co-ordinator.

Casual bookings and cancellations should be made in writing in the communication book (beside the attendance sheet).

Bookings for Vacation Care will only be accepted if made in writing. Booking forms are available approximately 4 weeks prior to holidays, however, the program is not finalised until 1-2 weeks before Vacation Care commences. Bookings for Vacation Care and Pupil Free Days and the half day at the end of the year are all separate bookings to the regular term bookings.

We are unable to accept children above the number for which we are licensed, therefore, if we cannot accept a child who does not have a booking, parents will be notified immediately to collect their child from the school office.
